This residential remodel was truly remarkable! We undertook a complete gut renovation, transforming the interior spatial layout to create a more open and functional flow throughout the home.
One of our primary focuses was enhancing the great room. We achieved this by relocating the powder bathroom and the existing bar, while also removing the garage door windows to create a more seamless space. In the kitchen, we reconfigured the pantry and storage area, expanding the layout to foster a more linear and inviting environment—perfect for entertaining.
Additionally, we added sliding doors in the great room near the dining area, creating a genuine indoor/outdoor living experience that allows homeowners to fully enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather!
